Outdoor Energy’s weight loss training helps you to gain a stronger healthier more productive lifestyle letting you reach and maintain your goal weight and fitness level.

Our experienced trainers will educate you in a variety of exercises, nutritional and lifestyle principles within our weight loss training programs.

We offer 45 minute weight loss training sessions either one on one or group based.

You may be lead to believe that aerobic exercise is necessary for weight loss. The most common prescription for weight loss is walking, running or other cardio type exercises. With “you run to lose weight” being the common thinking. While this may work in some cases, research has shown that aerobic exercise alone is not sufficient for weight loss. For this reason we incorporate intense weight training within our sessions utilizing multiple large muscles.

Lifting free weights will not necessarily bulk you up. Instead, lifting weights will help you build the muscle necessary to help burn fat and shape your body. But don’t get us wrong, you will be doing numerous running drills and exercise within our weight loss training

We will have you doing exercise sessions that leave you burning body fat for days after your sessions while burning more during each session than you’ll have ever done before.

We’ll show you how.

Reducing body fat is the most popular reason for exercising. However, many myths abound about how best to lower the ratio of body fat. At the end of the day, it really isn’t that complicated.

MORE MUSCLE = INCREASE METABOLISM = MORE CALORIES BURNED = LESS BODYFAT

Exercise alone won’t loose weight, you need to add nutrition and food intake. We teach you to control the type of food you eat and the amount that you consume. If you eat more calories than what you expend it will be stored on your body as fat.
